Whereas, the following named accused whom you hold into your jail custody in the fllowing mentioned case/crime. Today this Court has passed an order against the following named accused and case against them kept in "Abeyance" till the appearance of witnesses. Today accused persons has furnsihed their solvent surety in the sum of Rs.500,000/- (Five Lac) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court which is allowed.
You are, hereby directed to release the below named accused from your custody forthwith if they are no more required in some other case / crime with direction to accused who shall appear when ever required/ re-opened the case.
