Whereas, the following named accused whom you hold in your jail custody in the above cited case/crime. An order dated: 29.12.2025 received from Honourable, High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur, passed in Criminal BA No.S-1109/2025 Re- Asadullah Ameen Vs the State. Wherein shows that accused below named shall be release on bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Three Lac) and P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished by accused which accepted by this Court.
