Whereas, the applicant/accused have made bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C before this court through the learned counsel, praying therein that for grant of bail on the subject case and crime, and after hearing the advocate for the applicant/accused and the learned ADPP for the state and perusal of the police papers, this court has granted the bail to the accused person in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with PR Bond in the like amount.
Whereas, the above named applicant/accused have furnished required surety provisionally to the satisfaction of this Court in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with PR in the like amount.
You are therefore, required and authorized to release above named accused person forthwith (if he is not required in any other case/crime) with direction to him to appear before this Court on 19-01-2026 at 08-30 am without fail. Obtain the accused person signature or left thumb impression on the Personal Recognizance bond and send it to this court for record.
