Subject:-     RELEASE WRIT

                    Whereas, on receipt of bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C, this Court after hearing the learned counsel for the parties has ordered to release the applicant/accused namely Qadir Bux S/o Muhammad Usman Panhwar on bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.70,000/- (Seventy thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court in the above case/crime.

                   And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused by one Ali Raza S/o Muhammad Ramzan Panhwar R/o Village Khair Muhammad Panhwar Taluka & District Dadu.

                  You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Qadir Bux S/o Muhammad Usman Panhwar from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if he is no more required to be detained in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bond from him in the sum of Rs.70,000/- and submit such P.R bond before this Court. The applicant/accused be directed to attend the trial Court.
