Subject:          CONVICTION WARRANT

                         Whereas today i.e. 15th day of January, 2026, I, ABDUL WAHEED A. KHOSO, 1st Additional Sessions Judge/MCTC, Shaheed Benazir Abad have convicted accused Kamran Ali is hereby sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life on two counts u/s 302 (b) PPC as Tazir. He is also directed to pay Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lac) as compensation of each deceased U/s 544-A Cr. P.C. to the legal heirs/Walis of deceased ladies. In case of failure in payment of compensation amount, he will have to suffer S.I. for six months more. The compensation if unpaid shall be recoverable as arrears of land revenue. The accused named above is acquitted of the offence punishable U/s 311 PPC. Record shows that he remained in jail being the UTP w.e.f. 20.09.2024, hence, benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C is extended to him. The above named accused has been produced in custody from Central Prison, Hyderabad, and is remanded back to serve out the above sentence awarded to him. The Superintendent Central Prison and Correctional Facility, Hyderabad is directed to return the conviction warrant to this court with an endorsement under his hand certifying the manner in which the sentence has been executed.
