Whereas; the applicant/accused named above has filed bail application u/s 497 Cr. PC before this court through his advocate Mr. Devat Rai for grant of bail after arrest and after hearing I/C DDPP for state and counsel for applicant/accused, bail after arrest is granted to the applicant/accused in the sum of Rs:20,000/-, subject to furnishing surety to the satisfaction of this court with P.R bond in the like amount.
  And whereas the above named applicant/accused has furnished required surety for the satisfaction of this court in the sum of Rs: 20,000/- with P.R bond in the like amount.
     You are, therefore, directed to release the above named accused forthwith, (if he is not required in any other custody case) with direction to appear before this court on 16.01.2024 at 08:30 A.M without fail. P.R bond of the accused is sent herewith for obtaining the signature/LTI of accused person and same may be returned to this court for record without fail.
