Whereas, the Honourable, High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana, has granted bail to the below named applicant/accused, vide B.A order dated: 12.01.2026, passed in Criminal Bail application No.S-685/2025 Re- Muhammad Malook Siyal Vs The State, for the offence under section 24 SAA, arising out of Crime No.226/2025 of Police Station A-Section Shahdadkot, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of below named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been provisionally accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the below named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is no more required in any other custody case, after taking his P.R bond, the P.R bond taken from applicant/accused be sent to this Court and accused should be bound down to appear before the concerned Court, positively.
