Whereas, below named applicants/accused was remanded to your Jail under a warrant of learned Civil Judge & JM-III Khairpur, in below mentioned case/crime.
And whereas on the receipt of the application for bail and upon hearing of Mr. Amjad Ali Wassan for the said applicants/accused and DPP for the State this Court, has ordered that the below named applicants/accused be released on bail on his furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty thousands) each and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the surety namely Abdullah S/O Allah Rakhio Rid has furnished required surety for accused Ameer Hussain and surety namely Bashir Ahmed S/O Sohrab Kandhro surety for accused Mureed Hussain in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each and produced Original (01) Special Saving Cetificates viz: 50,000/- each which has been accepted.
You are hereby, required to release forthwith the below named applicants/accused from your custody, if he is no required in any other custody case/crime and after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs:50,000/-each to be executed for his appearance before trial court on date of hearing viz. -01 -2026 and send the same P.R bond to this court within three days.
