Whereas, the applicant/accused named below has been granted bail by this Court, vide B.A order dated: 26.01.2026 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.79/2026, U/s 497 Cr.P.C, Re- Afzal Shaikh V/S The State for the offence punishable under section 9(3)b CNSA, arising out of Crime No.37/2025 of PS Kamber City, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of below named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
