                      WHEREAS, UTP/accused Muhammad Yousif son of Ameer Bux @ Kandero by caste Mastoi, has been granted bail by this Court, in the sum of Rs:50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount, in B.A No.01/2026 filed in Criminal Case No.136/2025 State Vs Mehmood Mastoi and others in Crime No:62/2025, for offence under section: 447,506/2,148,149 PPC of PS Sijawal. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named accused, which is provisionally accepted by this Court.

                        You are therefore, hereby directed to release the above named accused person forthwith, if he is no more required in any other case/custody The P.R bond of accused is enclosed herewith for obtaining his signature/LTI and return the same before this Court, with direction to accused to appear before this Court on the date of hearing viz  12.02.2026. at 08:30 a.m without fail.
