Whereas, learned counsel for above named applicant/accused has filed a criminal bail application No. 23/2025 (Asif Ali Versus The State) U/S; 497-Cr.P.C before this court in the above mentioned case/crime and after hearing the arguments this court has been granted bail to above named applicant/accused in the above mentioned case/crime subject to furnishing solvent surety in sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court. The required surety has been furnished by the accused which is accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the abovenamed applicant/accused forthwith in the above-mentioned case/crime, if he is no more required in any other case/crime. The P.R bond of the applicant/accused is enclosed herewith and same be returned to this Court after obtaining the signature/LTI of applicant/accused on it. The accused is directed to attend before this court on 06.02.2026 at 08.30 A.M.
