Whereas, the applicant/accused Rafaquat Ali Shah son of Sakhawat Ali Shah, has been granted bail by this Court, vide B.A order dated: 04.02.2026 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.115/2026, Re-Rafaquat Ali Shah V/S The State BA U/S 497 Cr.P.C for the offence punishable under section 401,399 PPC, arising out of Crime No.07/2026 of PS Nasirabad, in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been provisionally accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused bound down to appear before the concerned Court, positively.
