Whereas accused/applicant Adil S/O Arif in the above noted matter was remanded by the Court of Judicial Magistrate Karachi West under section 353/324/34 PPC had moved bail praying for release on bail.
And on hearing the said bail application is granted and the Court ordered him to furnish the solvent surety of Rupees 50,000/- with P R bond in the like amount and whereas, the surety on behalf of the accused above named have been furnished in this Court as required.
You are hereby directed to release the said accused/applicant Adil S/O Arif forthwith if he is no more required in other case and custody under intimation to this Court without fail, after causing personal recognizance of Rs. 50,000/- the executed by the said accused before the said Superintendent Jail and to certify execution by endorsement on the back of the writ and return the writ duly endorse together with recognizance within two days from the receipt of the release, you are also required to direct the accused to appear before trail court on date of hearing.
