Whereas, above named applicant/accused was remanded to your Jail under a warrant of learned Civil Judge & JM-III, Gambat, in aforementioned case/crime.
And whereas on the receipt of the application for bail and upon hearing of Mr. Allah Wassayo Ujjan Advocate for the said applicant/accused and DPP for the State this Court, has ordered that the above named applicant/accused be released on bail on his furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the surety namely Yasir Ali son of Manzoor Hussain has furnished required surety for accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-and produced Original vehicle registration small card/certificate, which has been accepted.
