Whereas, below named applicant/accused was remanded to your Jail under a warrant of learned Civil Judge & JM, Sobhodero @ Ranipur, in aforementioned case/crime.
And whereas on the receipt of the application for bail and upon hearing of Ali Raza Kanasro advocate for the said applicant/accused and DPP for the State of this Court, has ordered that the above named applicant/accused be released on bail on his furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees one lac) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the surety namely Meesan Raza son of Kasaro Chandio has furnished required surety for accused in the sum of Rs.100,000/- and produced original vehicle registration Certificate/card, which has been accepted.
