The case of below named accused has been kept in abeynce till attendance of complainant/PW's in Ordered that accused be released on furnishing solvent surety in the sum or Rs.100,000 (One Lac) and PR bond in the like amount. the required surety as well furnished by the accused, which has been accpeted today.
