Whereas, the above named accused were remanded to your jail under the warrant before this court convicting/committing the applicant/accused under aforesaid section and whereas on the receipt of the application for bail and upon hearing Mr. Ahmed Mehran Advocate for appellant/accused and ADPP for the state, this court has ordered that the above named applicant/accused person be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.500,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount and whereas the said appellant/accused named above has/have furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are hereby required to release forthwith the above named appellant/accused (unless they/he/are/is liable to be detained for some other cause) from your custody and after getting their P.R bond in the sum of Rs.500,000/- to be executed for their/his appearance this court on 23-02-2026. at 8:30 a.m and thereafter directed by this court from time to time and certify execution of this writ within three days after its receipt and send the P.R bond to this court.
