WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicants/accused have filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above case, crime No.27/2025 U/S 302,3024,114,447,147,1478,149,504,337-A(i),F(i) PPC of PS Chachro before Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Mirpurkhas and after hearing the Advocate for applicants/accused and A.P.G for the state, Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Mirpurkhas has granted bail to the applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- ( Rupees Fifty Thousands) each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas the above named applicants/accused has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- ( Rupees Fifty Thousands)each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
You are, therefore, directed and authorized to release the above named applicants/accused forthwith, if they are not required in any other case by any other court, after causing his P.R bond of Rs.50,000/- ( Rupees Fifty Thousands) each with direction to appear this court on 27.02.2026 @ 8:00 A.M. without fail, and return the P.R bond with endorsement on the foot of it after causing their signatures within two days to this court for record.
