whereas, on hearing the bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C, filed by learned counsel for applicant/accused and under section 497 Cr.P.C, learned ADPP for the state, this court, passed an order that the accused named below be released on bail, on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty thousands rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount, vide order dated 18.02..2026, passed in below mentioned case/crime.
And whereas, today 19.02.2026, the required surety has been furnished by the applicant/accused, which has been accepted by this court.
