Whereas in the below mentioned case/crime, the learned counsel for the below named accused filed bail application before this Court which was allowed to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- ( One Hundred Thousand Each ) and P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court vide order dated 04.02.2026 as accused has furnished required surety, which is accepted today.
You are hereby directed to release the below named accused forthwith from your custody, if he is not required in any other case/crime, with direction to below named accused to appear before this court on the date of hearing viz:26.02.2026 at 8.30 am.
