                       Whereas the above named accused has moved application under section 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail before Honourable High court of Sindh Circuit court at Mirpurkhas in the above mentioned case crime and whereas after hearing of the counsel of the above named accused persons bail has been granted by the Honourable High Court of Sindh Mirpurkhas vide order dated 18-02-2026, in Crl. Bail application No. S-404 OF 2025 (Din Muhammad @ Dino Versus The State) to the above named accused subject to his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 30,000/- only (Thirty Thousand rupees only) and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court.

                       And whereas the above named accused has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs: 30,000/- only (Thirty Thousand rupees only) with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this trial court.

                       You are, therefore, directed to release the above named accused persons forthwith if they are not required in any other case/crime after causing his P.R. bond in the sum of Rs:- 30,000/- only for his appearance before this court on the date of hearing viz. 24-02-2026, at 8.30.a.m, and the same be submitted to this court within two days for record, without fail.
