Whereas the applicant of accused Abdul Sattar @ Sattar son of Mushtaque alias Mehrab Tuart Jatoi, who is remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section U/S: 302, 148, 149, PPC and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of advocate for the applicant/accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (One lac and P.R bond in the like amount. Applicant/accused has furnished the required surety namely Mst Mouran wife of Muhstaque Ahmed Jatoi in this Court and same is accepted by this Court.

                                                You are, hereby, directed and authorized to release the above said accused/applicant from your custody forthwith if he is no more required in any other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond form accused in the sum of Rs. 1, 00,000/- (One lac)for appearance before concerned court.
