The release writ for individual accused along with parentage confined in prison should be carefully verified with the Case number, FIR number, Police Station, offence and date of issue. Subject: RELEASE WRIT/ACQUITTAL INTIMATION.
WHEREAS, on this 23rd February, 2026 the accused Rashid Ali s/o Qadir Bux Shaikh 2. Abdul Rasheed s/o Qadir Bux Shaikh are convicted under section 265 H(ii) Cr.P.C for offence under section 302 (b) read with section 149 PPC and they are sentenced to death as Ta’zir. The accused shall be hanged by the neck until they are dead. Accused are further directed to pay compensation to the legal heirs of deceased to the sum of Rs.500,000/- each accused (Rupees Five Lacs only each accused) under section 544-A Cr.P.C, and in case of default they shall suffer SI for 03 months more. Accused are also convicted for offence under section 148 PPC and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for the period of two years and to pay fine of Rs.5000/each accused and in case of default of payment of fine amount they shall suffer one month SI. Let conviction warrant be issued accordingly to concerned jail authority with for execution of the sentence above mentioned in accordance with law subject to confirmation.The copy of this judgment is supplied to accused free of cost under proper acknowledgment receipt.The reference/ proceedings for confirmation of death sentence be submitted/ made to the Honourable High Court of Sindh, through worthy A/Registrar in compliance of Section 374 Cr.P.C forthwith. Accused are also informed that they may prefer an appeal within limitation period as prescribed by law as provided under Article 150 of the Limitation Act, 1908, if so advised. The Jail Authorities are also directed to do the needful in accordance with chapter-V Rules 90 and 91 of the Pakistan Prison Rules, 1891 and the relevant provisions of The Pakistan Prison Act, 1900, to facilitate the convict in filing of appeal in due time period of limitation
This is to authorize and require to you the District Jail, Khairpur to receive the writ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law.
