Whereas, applicants/accused namely 1. Bashir Ahmed S/o Ali Muhammad, 2. Ajeeb S/o Muhammad Hussain & 3. Aslam S/o Anwar all by caste Leghari have been granted post arrest bail by the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad vide order dated.11-02-2026 passed in Crl. B.A Nos.S-1463/2025 Re-Basheer Ahmed & others vs The State in the above mentioned case/crime subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty thousand rupees) each and P.R bonds in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court/this Court.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused by one Manzoor S/o Ali Muhammad Legahri R/o Tajpur, Taluka & District Dadu, which has been accepted today.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicants/accused namely 1. Bashir Ahmed S/o Ali Muhammad, 2. Ajeeb S/o Muhammad Hussain & 3. Aslam S/o Anwar all by caste Leghari from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if he is no more required in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bonds from them in the sum of Rs.30,000/- each and submit such P.R bond before this Court. The applicant/accused be directed to attend before this court on 02-03-2026 at 8.30 a.m.
