Whereas, applicant/accused namely Muhammad Ibrahim S/o Muhammad Ramzan Panwhar has been granted post arrest bail by the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad vide order dated.11-02-2026 passed in Crl. B.A Nos.S-38/2026 Re-Muhammad Ibrahim Panhwar vs The State in the above mentioned case/crime subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.70,000/- (Seventy thousand rupees) and P.R bonds in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court/this Court.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused by one Sher Khan S/o Muhammad Ramzan Panhwar R/o Village Khair Muhammad Panhwar Taluka & District Dadu, which has been accepted today.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicants/accused namely Muhammad Ibrahim S/o Muhammad Ramzan Panwhar from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if he is no more required in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bonds from them in the sum of Rs.70,000/- and submit such P.R bond before this Court. The applicant/accused be directed to attend before trial court.
