Whereas, applicant/accused namely Mehar S/o Ali Gohar Jamali has been granted post arrest bail by the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad vide order dated.09-02-2026 passed in Crl. B.A Nos.S-1358/2026 Re-Mehar Jamali vs The State in the above mentioned case/crime subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand rupees) and P.R bonds in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court/this Court.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused by one Tajo Khan S/o Chutto Jamali R/o Village Mirzo Khan Jamali Taluka Johi District Dadu, which has been accepted today.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicants/accused namely Mehar S/o Ali Gohar Jamali from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if he is no more required in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bonds from them in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and submit such P.R bond before this Court. The applicant/accused be directed to attend before this court on 03-03-2026 at 8.30 a.m.
