WHEREAS, the below named applicant/accused was remanded to your Jail under the warrant of Court convicting/committing the applicant/accused under aforesaid section and whereas on the application for bail and upon hearing Mr. Atta Huusain Chandio, Advocate for applicant/accused and Deputy P.G for the State Honourable High Court of Sindh, Bench at Sukkur ordered that applicant/accused namely below named be released from below Case/crime on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs:3,00,000/- (Three hundred thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of this Court and whereas the said applicant/accused named below has /have furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this court.
