Whereas the below named Applicant / accused has moved Criminal Bail Appln: U/s 497 Cr. P.C before Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court at Mirpurkhas in the below mentioned case crime and whereas after hearing of the counsel of the below named Applicant/ accused have/has been granted bail vide order dated 26-02-2026 in Crl. Bail Application No.S-366 OF 2025 ( Mubeen & another Versus The State) to the above named Applicant/ accused subject to his/her furnishing one solvent surety in the sum of Rs:100,000/- ( One Lac Rupees only), and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court.
And whereas the below named applicant/ accused have/has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs:100,000/- ( One lac Rupees only) with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this trial court.
