WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicant/accused has filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above case,crime No.69/2025 U/S 302,147,148,149,114,34 PPC of PS Diplo before Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Mirpurkhas and after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused and A.P.G for the state, Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Mirpurkhas has granted bail to the applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees one Lac) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas the above named applicant/accused has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- ( Rupees one Lac) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
You are, therefore, directed and authorized to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other case by any other court, after causing his P.R bond of Rs.100,000/- ( Rupees one Lac) with direction to appear this trial court without fail, and return the P.R bond with endorsement on the foot of it after causing his signature within two days to this court for record.
