SUBJECT:                   RELEASE WRIT FOR ACCUSED MALHAR MAHAR AND WAHID BUX MAHAR, IN CR.APPEAL NO.05/2026, RE: MALHAR MAHAR & ANOTHER VERSUS THE STATE, U/S: 337A(i), 337F(iii), 504, 34-PPC, CRIME NO.88/2024 OF P.S ADILPUR.

                                         Whereas, accused/appellants namely i). Malhar s/o Wahid Bux and ii). Wahid Bux s/o Bahar, both by caste Mahar are confined in your jail custody under the conviction warrant of learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Ghotki, whereas learned counsel for appellants/accused has filed an appeal u/s: 408-Cr.P.C in the above cited/case crime, along with an application u/s: 426-Cr.P.C for suspension of the operation of impugned Judgment dated 10.02.2026, and after due hearing on application u/s: 426-Cr.PC, which was allowed and appellants/accused has been granted bail subject to furnishing his solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (thirty thousands) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. The required surety has been furnished and Deponent namely Muhammad Hussain s/o Naseer Muhammad by caste Gadani, stood surety for above named appellant/accused, which has been accepted by this court.

                                          You are hereby directed/authorized to release the above named appellant/accused from your jail custody forthwith if, he is no more required in other custody case/crime, after causing his P.R bond in the sum of Rs: 30,000/- (thirty thousands) each with directions him to appear before this Court, on 03.03.2026, at 08:30, a.m, without fail.
