The Superintendent District Prison Landhi Karachi is directed to take measures for the purpose of deportation of accused to Afghanistan as he is Afghan National and coordinate with Section Officer (Foreigners) Home Department, Government of Sindh for his repatriation, as early as possible under intimation to this Court and not release the accused and shall continue to remain in jail till arrangements are completed for repatriation of the accused in pursuance of Foreigners Act, 1946.
