Whereas on receipt of bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by advocate on behalf of above named applicant/accused before Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Hyderabad, in the instant case and crime & after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused & State counsel, Honourable High Court, Circuit Court Hyderabad has ordered that applicant/ accused be admitted on bail on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) only with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court.
And whereas the required surety on behalf of applicant/ accused furnished before this court, one Lutufuddin son of Rahib Khan Chandio R/o village Haji Karam Ali Chandio Taluka and District Dadu is present and stood surety for above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) only with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are therefore directed to release the applicant/ accused Farooque son of Gulsher by caste Chandio, from your jail custody at once if he is no more required in any other custody case and Crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/-  in the like amount and submit the same duly executed upon applicant/accused along with this writ. The applicant/accused be bound down and directed to appear before this court on 10.03.2026 at 08:30 a.m., to face his trial in the above mentioned case & Crime.
