One deponent namely Ali Hassan S/O Allah Bux Bhutto has filed affidavit along with Defence Saving Certificate of Rs.50000/ fifty thousand only for standing the surety of accused Shah Muhammad alias Shahoo S/O Allah Bux Bhutto in the sum of Rs.50000/- fifty thousand and same has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the accused Shah Muhammad @ Shahoo S/O Allah Bux Bhutto in the above mentioned case/crime, if he is no more required in some other case/crime.
