Whereas the above named applicants/accused was/were remanded to your jail under warrant of this Court convicting/committing the applicants/ accused under aforesaid sections and whereas on the application for bail and upon hearing Mr. Dil Jan Jatoi Advocate for applicants/accused and ADPP for the State, this Court has passed order that above named applicants/accused be released on bail furnishing one surety in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount to satisfaction of this Court.
