Whereas in the below mentioned case/crime, the learned counsel for the below named accused persons filed Cr.Bail Application NO S-550 of 2025 before Honorable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana which was allowed subject to furnishing two solvent sureties in the sum of Rs.500,00/- ( FIFTY THOUSAND EACH) and P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court vide order dated 27.10.2025, as accused have furnished required surety,which is accepted today.
You are hereby directed to release the below named accused persons forthwith if they are not required in any other case/crime with direction to below named accused persons to appear before this court on the date of hearing viz:12.03.2025 at 8.30 am. The P.R Bond to be obtained and submit the same before this Court on or before the date of hearing without fail.
