Whereas, applicant/accused Arshad Ali son of Ghulam Murtaza by caste Abro has been granted bail by this Court, vide B.A order dated:25.02.2026 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.1501/2025, U/S 497 Cr.P.C, Re-Arshad Ali Abro V/S The State for the offence punishable under section 401,324,353,34 PPC arising out of Crime No.136/2025 of Police Station Nasirabad, in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty Thousand Only) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of below named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been provisionally accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the below named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused be bound down to appear before this Court on 17.03.2026 at 08:30 am.
