SUBJECT:             ACQUITTAL SLIP FOR APPELLANT/ACCUSED ABDUL WAHAB SOOMRO IN CR.APPEAL NO.06/2026, RE: ABDUL WAHAB SOOMRO VERSUS THE STATE, U/S: 489F-PPC, CRIME NO.351/2022 OF P.S A-SECTION GHOTKI.

                             Whereas, accused Abdul Wahab s/o Arz Muhammad by caste Soomro, was convicted u/s 245(ii)-Cr.P.C by the court of learned Civil Judge & J.M-I (MTMC), Mirpur Mathelo, for offence punishable u/s: 489F-PPC (Cr. Case no.12/2023, St/Vs. Abdul Wahab Soomro, u/s: 489F-PPC, Crime No.351/2022 of P.S A-Section Ghotki) and sentence to undergo R.I for three years and to pay fine amount of Rs.25,000/- and in case of failure to pay fine amount, he will have to serve an additional term of S.I for three months with benefit of section 382B-PPC. He was taken into custody and was remanded to your jail custody on 17.02.2026 to serve the sentence awarded to him.

                             And whereas, the appellant/accused has filed an appeal against conviction/sentence recorded against him before this court, which has been allowed by this court vide Judgment dated 10.03.2026, conviction/sentenced awarded to him by the trial court has been set aside and he has been acquitted of charge of the case.

                             You are hereby, required and authorized to release the above named appellant/accused from your jail custody forthwith if he is no more required in other custody case/crime, under intimation to this Court, without fail.
