WHEREAS, the accused named below have been convicted u/s 243 Cr.P.C vide judgment/order dated 11.03.2026 in the below mentioned Case/Crime and they are sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment for 05 Month and 24 days. The benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C is also extended to the accused. The accused have already undergone imprisonment for the duration equivalent to the sentence awarded.
