Subject: RELEASE WRIT/ACQUITTAL INTIMATION.
Whereas, convicted accused namely Mukhtiar son of Aalam Khan Chandio was convicted by this Court vide Judgment dated 25.10.2019 and was sentenced for section 302(b) PPC for life imprisonment and was directed to pay Rs.500,000/- as compensation to LRs of deceased and whereas above named accused/convicted preferred the appeal before Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court, Larkana against the said Judgment of this Court and same appeal was dismissed and judgment of this Court was maintained vide Judgment dated 15.1.2021 passed by Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Larkana.
And whereas, above named convicted prisoner has preferred appeal against the said Judgments before Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan and his appeal has been allowed by Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan and judgment dated 25.10.2019 passed by this Court and judgment dated 15.1.2021 passed by Honourable High Court of Sindh have been set aside and petitioner//accused Mukhtiar son of Aalam Khan Chandio has been acquitted of the charge while giving him benefit of doubt vide Judgment dated 03.03.2026( The copy of Judgment alongwith R & Ps of case are received through Honourable District & Sessions Judge, Kamber-Shahdadkot).
You are therefore hereby directed to release the below-named convict prisoner forthwith in the case/crime mentioned-below, if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime, under intimation to this Court.
