Whereas, accused namely i). Ghulam Hussain s/o Bakhat Ali @ Bakhto and ii). Sadiq s/o Abdul Rehman, both by caste Shar, has been granted bail in the above case/crime, in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- (fifty thousands) each and P.R bond in the like amount. Surety/Deponent namely Talib Hussain s/o Haji Abdul Qadir by caste Shar, has appeared and furnished required surety, which has been accepted by this court.
You are hereby directed/authorized to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith if, they are no more required in other custody case/crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- (fifty thousands) each with directions him to appear before trial Court, without fail.
