whereas, on hearing the bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C, filed by learned counsel for applicant/accused named below under section 497 Cr.P.C, learned ADPP for the state, this court, passed an order dated 19.03.2026, that the accused named below be released on bail, on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty thousands rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, today 19.03.2026, the required surety has been furnished by the applicant/accused, which has been accepted by this court. You are therefore, directed to release the accused named below forthwith, if he is not required in any other case/crime and direct the accused to appear before this court before trial court at an earliest and obtain such P.R bond and be sent to this court for office record.
