Whereas, accused namely Arshad Shah s/o Shahanshah by caste Qureshi, has been granted bail in the above case/crime, in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- (fifty thousands) only and P.R bond in the like amount. Surety/Deponent namely Ghulam Dastageer Shah s/o Syed Sahib Shah by caste Syed, has appeared and furnished required surety, which has been provisionally accepted by this court.
