SUBJECT:  RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED/APPELLANT NAMELY MAJEED @ ABDUL MAJEED S/O YAR MUHAMMAD BY CASTE CHANDIO IN CRL.APPEAL NO.02 OF 2026 MAJEED @ ABDUL MAJEED VERSUS THE STATE INVOLVED IN CRIME NO.24/2024 U/S 337-A(II)-F(I)-F(VI)- PPC OF PS PERUMAL.

          Whereas, the above named accused/appellant was convicted vide Judgment U/s; 245(ii) Cr.P.C dated 27-02-2026 passed by the learned Consumer Protection/Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate, Sanghar and sentenced for Two years Simple Imprisonment (S.I ) and also liable to pay Daman of Rs: 200,000/ for all injuries caused to complainant and Mst Heer, in case of non-payment of Daman he shall further suffer 3 months S.I in Crl. Case No.48/2024 The State Vs Majeed @ Abdul Majeed in Crime No.24/2024 U/S 337-A(II)-F(I)-F(VI)- PPC OF PS PERUMAL. Thereafter accused preferred criminal appeal u/s; 408-Cr.P.C against the Judgment, and after hearing arguments on application U/s; 426-Cr.P.C, same allowed and suspended the sentence of the case and accused/appellant is granted bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the Sum of Rs. 100,000/- (One Lac) and P.R bond the like amount same has been furnished and accepted by this court.

You are hereby directed to release the above named accused/appellant forthwith, if he is not required in other case custody by any Court of law. The P.R. bond of the accused/appellant is sent herewith for obtaining signature/LTI the accused/appellant, and same may be returned to this Court. The accused/appellant is directed to appear before this court on 07-04-2026, at 08:30 am to facing criminal appeal.
