Whereas, above named for applicant/accused has been granted bail by Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Mirpurkhas subject to surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousands only). Applicant/accused is directed to furnish required surety before trial court and same has been furnished and as well accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, directed to release the above named applicant/accused in the above mentioned case/crime, forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case/crime.
