Whereas on 18.03.2026, Learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate-II, K.N Shah had convicted the below named appellants/accused in Criminal Case No. 04/2026 (The State VS Bahar Ali Memon), crime No. 109/2025 of Police Station Sita Road. Being aggrieved and dis-satisfied with the above said Judgment, the appellants/accused filed Criminal Appeal U/S 408 Cr.P.C and Application U/S 426 Cr. P.C before this Court.
And Whereas, on receipt of Application under section 426 Cr. PC filed by Advocate on behalf of appellant/accused Bahar Ali Memon before this Court for suspending the conviction and sentence awarded to the above named appellant/accused and also prayed for released on bail, till disposal of main appeal in the above case crime, after hearing the learned Advocate for appellant/accused and ADPP for the State, this Court has ordered that sentence awarded to the appellant/accused is hereby suspended and thereby accused/appellant is admitted to bail, subject furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 30000/- and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
Whereas, required surety furnished on behalf of above named appellant/accused by one Shahzaib Ali son of Bahar Ali Memon. R/o Memon Muhulla Sita Road, Taluka K.N Shah has appeared and stood surety on behalf of the above named appellant/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) and P.R bond in like amount satisfaction of this Court.
You are therefore, required to release the appellant/accused namely Bahar Ali son of Muhammad Hassan Memon, from your jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime, after causing P.R Bonds in sum of Rs. 30,000/- and submit such P.R Bond before this Court. The appellants/accused be bound down and directed to attend before this Court on date of hearing viz: 16.04.2026 at 8:30 a.m.
