WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicants/accused filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail after arrest in the above case/crime Crime No.03/2026 of P.S FIA Composite Circle Mirpurkhas U/Ss 406,419,420,468,471,109 PPC and this Court after hearing the advocate for applicants/accused and A.D.P.P for the state, has granted bail in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One Lac) each with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the above named applicant/accused has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One Lac) each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
