Whereas a bail application has been filed by the counsel on behalf of accused/applicant named above, before this Court and whereas this Court after hearing the arguments have granted bail to the above named applicant/accused, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 10000/- with P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of applicant/accused; the same is accepted by this Court.
You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the above named accused/applicant forth-with if he is not required in any other case/crime by any other Court. The P.R bond of the accused is returned back to this Court for record, after obtaining the signature/LTI thereon.
