Whereas, on receipt of bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C, this Court after hearing the learned counsel for the parties has ordered to release the applicant/accused namely Ghulam Mustafa @ Mustoo S/o Ali Raza @ Ghulam Qadir Panhwar on bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (One Lac rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court in the above case/crime.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused by one Mehbbob Ali S/o Khair Muhammad Siddiqi R/o Qazi Muhalla Dadu Taluka Dadu District Dadu.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Ghulam Mustafa @ Mustoo S/o Ali Raza @ Ghulam Qadir Panhwar from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if he is no more required to be detained in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bond from them in the sum of Rs.100,000/- and submit such P.R bond before this Court. The applicant/accused be directed to attend trial Court.
