Whereas, below named applicant/accused was remanded to your Jail under a warrant of learned Civil Judge and J.M-I, Khairpur, in aforementioned case/crime.
And whereas on the receipt of the application for bail and upon hearing of Mr. Asghar Hassan Shar Advocate for the said applicants/ accused and AGP/SPP for the State this Court, has ordered that the below named applicant/accused be released on bail on his furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- each (Rupees one lac) each and P.R bond in the like amount.
