Subject:         RELEASE WRITWARRANT     

                            WHEREAS, on this 1^st:April, 2026 the accused Abid Ali s/o Imdadullah Memon is hereby convicted under section 265 H(ii) Cr.P.C for offence under section 302 (b) read with section 34 PPC and is sentenced to death as Ta’zir. The accused shall be hanged by the neck till he is dead; subject to confirmation u/s 374 Cr.P.C.Accused Imdadullah s/o Abu Bakar Memon is convicted of the offence under Section 302 (b) PPC read with Section 114, 34 PPC for the murder of Waheed Ahmed S/o Ghulam Qasim Memon, committed in on his abetment in his presence and in furtherance of their common intention and he is sentenced to imprisonment for life and Fine of Rs.100,000/- and in case of default of payment of fine, he is liable to undergo SI for 05 months only.
                Accused Aamir Ali s/o Imdadullah Memon and accused Mohammad Mavia s/o Karamullah Memon are convicted of the offence under Section 302 (b) PPC read with Section 34 PPC for the murder of Waheed Ahmed S/o Ghulam Qasim Memon, and in furtherance of their common intention and are sentenced to imprisonment for life and Fine of Rs.100,000/-each and in case of default of payment of fine, accused are liable to undergo SI for 05 months only. All the accused namely Abid Ali, Imdadullah, Aamir Ali and Mohammad Mavia are also directed to pay compensation to the legal heirs of victim a total sum of Rs. 20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lacs only) jointly and severally, in terms of provisions of section 544-A Cr.P.C. In case of default, he shall undergo Six months Simple Imprisonment more. Benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C is also extended to the accused to whom applicable. Accused Aamir Ali, Imdadullah and Mohammad Mavia are present on bail and they are taken into custody. Accused Abid Ali is produced online from Jail. Let conviction warrant be issued accordingly to concerned jail authority with directions for execution of the sentence above mentioned in accordance with law subject to confirmation of death sentence of accused Abid Ali S/o Imdadullah Memon as provided u/s 374 Cr.P.C. The copy of this judgment is supplied to accused free of cost under proper acknowledgment receipt. The reference/ proceedings for confirmation of death sentence shall be submitted/ made to the Honourable High Court of Sindh, through worthy A/Registrar in compliance of Section 374 Cr.P.C forthwith. Accused are also informed in the open court that they may prefer an appeal within limitation period as prescribed by law as provided under the Limitation Act, 1908, if so advised. Copy of this judgment is provided to the learned State counse/SHO for information and record purpose..

                       This is to authorize and require to you the Central Jail, Khairpur to receive the writ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law.
